1) whatever veggies u like (I took frozen veggies, 1/2 chopped cauliflower, 1 potato)
5)green chilli or red chilli
1)Heat oil and add cumin seeds.
2)Add chopped onion and ginger. Saute it for a minute.
3)Add cauliflower and potato. Add turmeric and saute it for a minute.
4)Add all the frozen veggies , add salt, green chilli and cover it with a lid.
5)Cook till all the veggies are tender.
6)Serve it with Indian chapati.
