I like veggies more then non veg so usually blog contains all vegetarian recipes. But I thought to start posting non veg recipes starting with a simple one and that is Lemon Chicken.This recipe i usually prepare when our friends visits our home without any prior notice because it is very simple and very delicious.
Boneless or With Bones Chicken
7-8 freshly squeezed lemons
3-4 tbsp ginger garlic paste
Marinate the chicken with ginger garlic paste and keep it for an hour.
In a Pressure cook add Oil and then add chicken pieces .Saute it for 2-3 minutes.
Then add lemon juice , salt and black pepper.
Pressure Cook it and serve it hot.
It goes very well with drinks!!
